What am I agreeing to?
Before a contributor sends data, the task explains what is being requested and its intended use. Consent is linked to that submission, its purpose, and the information shown at the time. It is not one blanket choice for every task.
How can a contribution be used?
Submissions may be prepared for samples or pilot datasets according to the task purpose and consent shown before submission. Customer use is governed by the agreed engagement and applicable terms. Collection is limited to the data and metadata needed for the task.
DataKita does not sell contributor contact details. The Privacy Policy explains sharing with service providers, reviewers, customers, and other parties where needed.
What happens during review?
Automated checks assess format and basic quality signals. Flagged submissions and selected samples may receive manual review. Enterprise access follows the agreed engagement and purpose.
De-identification depends on the task and the verified workflow; it is not a universal promise for every type of data. Some service providers may process or store data outside Indonesia.
Can I withdraw my consent?
You can ask DataKita to stop using a submission for future licensing where withdrawal is available for that submission and use case.
What withdrawal does not automatically undo
- Processing that has already happened.
- Payments already processed.
- Records needed for legal or accounting reasons.
- Datasets already delivered under a completed engagement when removal is not technically or contractually available.

How do I ask about my data?
You may ask about access, correction, deletion or restriction, and withdrawal where consent is the relevant basis. Requests are subject to identity verification and applicable legal and operational limits.
