Scope
These Terms govern use of the DataKita public website, contributor waitlist, contact forms, beta contributor program, and enterprise inquiry flows. Separate written agreements may apply to enterprise samples, paid pilots, dataset delivery, or other commercial work.
Website and beta status
The public website explains DataKita's current direction and available inquiry paths. Some product flows are beta, pilot, or preview workflows. Public descriptions do not guarantee that a specific contributor task, payout schedule, dataset volume, enterprise feature, or delivery format will be available.
Eligibility
Users must provide accurate information and must have authority to submit it. Enterprise users must have permission to contact DataKita on behalf of their organization. Contributor eligibility requirements may be stated separately before joining a beta task or program.
Contributor submissions
Contributors must follow task instructions and may only submit content they have the right to provide. Contributors must not submit illegal content, third-party private information without permission, harmful files, or content that violates another person's rights.
When a contributor submits task data, they allow DataKita to process, review, store, transform, and use that submission according to the task instructions, the displayed consent, and the Privacy Policy.
Review and payout
Beta payouts apply only to tasks that DataKita accepts under the relevant task rules. DataKita may reject submissions that are incomplete, low quality, duplicative, fraudulent, outside the task instructions, or otherwise not usable.
Participation as a contributor does not create employment, agency, partnership, or franchise status.
Enterprise inquiries and pilots
Submitting an enterprise inquiry does not create a customer agreement or data delivery obligation. Samples, paid pilots, production datasets, pricing, service levels, confidentiality, and permitted use require a separate written agreement or written confirmation from DataKita.
Acceptable use
You may use DataKita only for legitimate website, contributor, support, and enterprise inquiry purposes. You must not misuse the service or interfere with its normal operation.
- You must not interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt DataKita systems.
- You must not submit spam, malware, false information, or automated form abuse.
- You must not impersonate another person or organization.
- You must not bypass access controls or attempt to access non-public systems.
- You must not use DataKita content, submissions, or outputs in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
DataKita and Procyrus Labs own the website, brand assets, designs, software, documentation, and other materials unless stated otherwise. Users keep any rights they have in content they submit, but grant DataKita the rights needed to operate the service, review submissions, manage consent, prepare datasets, support enterprise engagements, and comply with legal or operational obligations.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
DataKita may change, pause, or discontinue website features, beta workflows, forms, task types, or pilot programs. The website and beta workflows are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, DataKita and Procyrus Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or service interruption arising from use of the website or beta workflows.
Suspension, law, and contact
DataKita may suspend or reject access, submissions, inquiries, or beta participation when it reasonably believes there is fraud, abuse, legal risk, security risk, violation of these Terms, or violation of task instructions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Questions may be sent through the contact page.
